How long does it take? Delivery times vary, depending on location and time of day that we receive your order. In many cases deliveries are made next business day or the date set out in the check out cart. We strongly recommend checking with us first if your delivery is time critical and same day orders.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS
Balloon Creations can not guarantee particular day deliveries when sending with any external courier, but particular days can be guaranteed in Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast locations. It is also not possible to offer set time deliveries. For Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast locations, you may advise us of your delivery time preferences, however this can not always be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the sender to confirm with us an expected delivery time for your specific delivery.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Once an item has been sent by Balloon Creations, it can not be retracted. Should a gift be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the recipient is unable to accept the gift, we will re-send the item for an additional freight charge.
Refunds will not be given. Some Hospitals only accept deliveries of FOIL balloons. Please only send FOIL bouquets to hospitals. Latex balloons can not be accepted in some hospitals, to avoid coming into contact with Latex Allergy patients & staff. It is worthwhile checking with the hospital first before ordering. Gift Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, persons over 18 years of age. ( ID may be requested )
For our Decorating Services
We ideally would prefer a months notice for your larger special occasions, for example weddings to guarantee your event date and that we have time to go over specifics ( colours, designs etc). For smaller jobs or specific themes like Frozen, Minions, or a21st Birthday and so on, we can get these products from our supplier usually within 24 hours. So 3-4 days notice would be good. We do require a Booking fee/ part payment to reserve your event date. Payment Methods available include Bank Deposit and Credit card Payments via Phone. For the remainder of Payment on the day we have mobile Eftpos or you can pay by cash. We now also have after-pay for easy payment ( please contact us for a quote.
